What do yo want to be when you grow up?! Nicky never has been sure about that: Something with animals. To work with something that sparkles. Something creative. Something that uncovers beauty in the mundane. Something that makes me and others feel good about the world we live in and conjures up emotions...

Fast forward 30+ years and though her life’s path made a few detours, she nearly made all of these wishes come true.

She is a multipotentialite and combines her passions and experiences in her art, which gives her clients the benefit of a professional who can think outside the box when necessary and come up with creative solutions to uncommon challenges.

She started her career as an assistant to a great wedding and event photographer, to then embark on her own. Her design clients are as diverse as the services she offers: marketing companies, magazines, publishing companies, printers, non-profit organizations and musicians.

When she’s not writing about herself in the third person, Nicky likes to go scuba diving, play with silver, go for long walks at the beach, take fine art pictures or try something entirely new.

She has gained certifications in Professional Photography from the New York Institute of Photography, a diploma in Silversmithing from Centro de Joalharia de Lisboa, Graphic Design from the MediaCollege Amsterdam, and Multimedia Engineering from College of MultiMedia Amsterdam.

Currently she is embarking to get to know the mediterranean lifestyle on Malta with her partner and their 3 beloved rescued cats. After learning English and Dutch, snippits of spanish and portuguese, she is now learning Maltese. She makes fun cupcakes that taste nice and really dislikes spiders.

She has been a talented hunter-gatherer of natural light and candid moments for years and enjoys traveling to practice her photography on unfamiliar grounds and cultures.
